Warranty Administrator (South Burlington, VT)

We are hiring a Warranty Administrator for our Service Team. This position is responsible for prompt and accurate submission of manufacturer and extended warranty claim submissions and collection of all warranty claim revenues. Primary responsibilities include processing warranty claims and all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation, along with reconciling all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule. 

The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detailed-focused, with demonstrated time management skills. Have the ability to understand processes using large data groups while maintaining documentation. Should have solid in math and/or accounting skills and strong computer skills with Windows, Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), and Service Management Systems. Car knowledge preferred.

Collision Estimator (South Burlington, VT)

The Collision Estimator is responsible for writing body shop damage estimates, negotiating with insurance adjusters, and maintaining relationships with insurance companies. Daily responsibilities include evaluating automotive body damage by conducting inspections and examinations, post repair quality checks, acquiring payments from completed jobs, answering questions and addressing concerns, while building quality relationships with the customers, adjusters and insurance companies. Experience with following up on customer appraisals, in order to increase closing ratio, preferred. 

Must have experience of the automobile repair industry and vehicle repair standards and good acknowledge of Lead Time, Touch Time and Cycle Time. Must be organized, have attention to detail, have demonstrated good communication skills and understand the value of exceptional customer service. Experience with CCC One estimating software a plus. Estimating volume: 30 - 80 units per month.

Auto Body Manager

OVERVIEW: The Auto Shop Manager is responsible for the Body Shop and its technicians, including the efficient and profitable operation of the department while developing and maintaining a high level of overall customer satisfaction with the dealership


  • Ensure technicians workflows are going smoothly and customer needs are prioritized
  • Managing technician productivity
  • Required to understand and keep abreast of all federal, state and local regulations that affect their operations.
  • Effective vehicle production and inventory control
  • Use quality control procedures designed to monitor the quality of work and take corrective action where standards are not met. Provide assistance, information, and direction to employees to correct technical concerns, improve efficiency, and improve warranty recovery.
  • Maintain facilities in an attractive, appropriate and safe manner. Follow all employment, safety, and environmental regulations as required by any city, county, state or federal governing body.
  • Maintain equipment ineffective and safe working condition. Establish equipment maintenance schedules as needed.
  • Addresses and handles personnel issues to include the Performance Appraisals and performance related improvement plans


  • At least 5 years of automotive management and automotive customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills and customer service skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendors
  • Excellent interpersonal and management skills with the ability to anticipate and plan; ability to delegate
  • Complete understanding of operation financial management
  • Knowledge of repair process's (must have experience and know-how of the collision repair process)
  • Possess strong organizational, oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to motivate employees and develop and attain objectives
  • Know and apply company policies
  • Knowledge of safety and EPA rules and regulations
  • Basic MS Office and acknowledge of an estimating system (CCC ONE preferred)
