I was looking for a new truck with a couple specific requirements. There wasn't one on the lot but The salesman looked and they had one coming in. When the truck arrived he called me before they even had it unloaded. When I got there I decided to purchase the truck. It was the day before a holiday around 3:30 PM. Everyone I had contact with was very helpful and friendly. The entire staff had to hustle to make it happen before the close of business, which they did with time to spare. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about purchasing a new or used vehicle. There was no pressure, no hidden fees, and they found every discount they could to lower the price. Having purchased many vehicles over the last 30 something years, I have never, and I mean never, been treated so well at a car dealership. Steven Leclaire, our salesman, did everything possible to make our shopping experience easy, fast and extremely pleasant. I know I sound like a mother gushing over her child, LOL; but it's completely true. He was sooo friendly and kind to our 7 year old daughter who was bored as heck with car shopping. They worked fast and got us even more than I'd hoped for for our trade-in. Excellent loan rates were available. We were in to look and out with a 2011 Chrysler 200 hardtop convertible in about 3 hours total time. WOW huh!? It was a whole new experience for our family and in complete contrast to the salesman at Della Toyota in Plattsburgh where they had a similar vehicle but the saleman was nothing short of just plain rude and the trade offer was a bad joke! I even bought an extended warranty since I got such a good trade in value on my old car! And Steve has been in contact several times since to follow up and check in on us. This was a too good to be true deal BUT it was true. We will absolutely be going back to Goss and Steve next spring when we plan to trade our other vehicle in. I called and spoke with Lee Priddy about leasing a truck and trading in my lackluster GMC Sierra. I initially only had questions about how a lease works and to get a quick price quote. Steven LaClaire didn't try to swindle us, didn't try to talk us into something we don't need or can't really afford. Being 18 and a girl I felt completely comfortable and I definitely was not taken advantage of. He took my husband ans I on a test drive of a 2013 Dodge Dart and course we fell in love. Once back inside he did everything in his power to help us lease a dart. My old 96 Jeep they took in trade was only worth 1000 in a private sale but they gave me 1000 trade-in value. No it wasn't one of those "we'll give you a thousand dollars in trade for anything" deals he worked and worked the numbers with his boss person and made it happen. A couple days after I had the dart the bluetooth stopped working and I called Steven and he set up an appointment for my car the very next day at the time I wanted. My experience leasing a vehicle from Goss Dodge. I called the leasing dept and they put me through to Lee P. Told Lee my situation about turning in our present leased vehicle a year early. Lee gave a couple of options. Made an appt but I stiffed Lee due to an accident at home. Called Lee a month later and he remembered me. Went down 3 days later on a Friday night at 4 PM. Lee found the T & C van we wanted. Paperwork was all completed. Kyle from finance dept reviewed the paperwork. Lee did the walk around on the 2013 van in the pouring rain. The last vehicle we leased was from across the lake in Plattsburgh. No need to go back there due to the exceptional attention I received from Lee and everybody at Goss Dodge. After many negative experiences at other dealerships through out VT Goss Dodge has helped me regain my confidence in a car dealer. The first day I saw the Honda Ridgeline on their web site I fell in love. I sent an email to inquire about pricing and trade in of my '03 Civic SI. I drove about 80 miles to look at a used vehicle I saw online. The vehicle was ready for me when I got their. The sales team honestly answered all my questions and played no games. I was offered exactly what I wanted for my trade (exactly what I had looked up online). They did not play any of the usual games I have come to expect. We ordered this car on the phone back in June.Back in the 60's and 70's,we had 3 Darts,all a little different.Through the years,we have purchased many 1st year models,and were eager to do so again.We ordered a white Rallye model,2.0 liter automatic,with a ruby/black interior.It arrived on Friday the 24th,and the dealer called us immediately to check it out and road test it.We agreed to purchase it,and of course wanted it as soon as possible.As busy as the service department was on a Friday afternoon,the service manager personally saw to it that it went through the shop to get it ready for delivery.We went down after dinner and dealt with Steve Sholes.We had heard that he had been there for over twenty years,and we had dealt with him on an earlier purchase.He had all the paperwork ready for us,and went over the various features of the Dart.It really was a painless experience,and we were on our way in no time.We have had the car for a week now,and have no problems to report.Around town driving has so far given us 29.9 miles per gallon.Fantastic compared to our previous car which was a Dodge Avenger,which got on average 14-15 miles per gallon around town.We have noticed a lot of eyes on us at stop lights and parking lots.Very sleek looking car.People particularly like the "racetrack t/lights".We have been contacted by the dealership twice to see how everything was going.We are happy to say that the sales experience and the car have really exceeded our expectations,which doesn't happen that often these days.

About two weeks ago, I purchased a new car from Goss Dodge. Lee Priddy, my sales man worked his hardest to get me in the car of my dreams while keeping my payments as low as possible. As if that wasn't reason enough to refer people to him, this afternoon, my new car wouldn't start. I resently baught a new 2013 Dodge Ram Laramie 1500 from Goss Dodge. When I pulled up and got out of my car Neill Burgess came right out and met me. He first said Hi,introduced hime self and shook my hand. He welcomed me to Goss Dodge and we talked for a few minutes and then he asked me what I was interested in seeing. I told him what I wanted and he showed me a few trucks which were not what I really wanted.Then he said he had just the truck that I would be interested in. He took me into the show room and showed me the truck that they had there. The truck really was interesting to me. It really caught my eye. We got inside and he took the time to explain every feature the truck had and how they worked. I had a list with me of what I wanted in the truck and it had every thing on my list. He gave me some time to look it over on my own and to think about it. When I was done he told me to have a nice day and to go and look at some other makes at other dealer ships and then decide on what I wanted. I turned away for a minute to leave and then turned back to him and he nicely asked me what I was thinking and if he could help me with any thing else. I said no except that he could sell me the truck that I didn't need to see any others. He didn't pressure me at all and he took care of every thing for me. I was very pleased and they took the truck out for me and I drove away with it. Now let me tell you that was really some service and I am very happy with Neill and every one else at Goss Dodge. It has been over two years since we purchased our new Chrysler T&C from Goss Dodge in South Burlington, VT. The process was stress free and we've thoroughly enjoyed our vehicle since that purchase. We continue to take the vehicle in for oil changes, etc. and their service team is very friendly and does everything they can to get you in and out quickly. The van itself has performed quite well. With two kids and various family vacations, we love how the seats can easily fold into the lower portion of the van. The kids can do this themselves which is a huge plus. In addition, having lived in VT all our lives we know winter is inevitable so the heated seats have become an even bigger plus for all of us! Steve Laclaire went above and beyond to make this deal happen for us and when it comes time for our next purchase we will definitely be paying him a visit!

This was the best experience purchasing a car that I have ever had! Everyone who purchases a car here should ask for Greg Kehr! We came in with our 1 1/2 yr old and everyone at the dealership was so nice with her running thru and climbing in cars- they even had fresh popcorn for her! Greg was straight forward and explanined everything so the as no shady prices. We walked in and looked at the car we wanted and told him we had to be at a certin price per month. He went back and worked the numbers with his manager and they made it happen! With the incentives and discounts and my trade-in they made the impossible.....well possible!!
