The new generation Chrysler 300's fresh, glinting form rolling through the Detroit city-scape in the "Imported from Detroit" commercials has done much to contribute to the full-size sedan's consumer awareness, the Houston Chronicle said.

Earlier this year the Highway Loss Data Institute named the Chrysler 300C one of the "most stolen" passenger vehicles. While perhaps an inadvertent recognition, it speaks to the growing popularity of the powerful and luxurious sedan.  Consumer Reports recently gave Chrysler and it's 300C sedan and even better acknowledgement. The magazine rated the 2011 Chrysler 300C as the number six upscale sedan overall, making it the best domestic model of the year.
