The heavy-duty pickup truck wars have ratcheted up again with Ram Truck introducing a version of its Ram 3500 Heavy Duty at the Chicago Auto Show that will tow more than 11 tons of trailer, USA Today said.

The Dodge brand introduced five R/T models and previewed one future product, the 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8, at the Chicago Auto Show, NYTimes.com reports.

The best of the 300 still comes with the 300C and its 5.7-liter Hemi, Jalopnik.com said. The 300C does a cheerful impersonation of a Saturn V in a straight line, hitting 60 mph just a few tics after five seconds and extra-legal speeds quickly thereafter, the website said.
